7. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first resolved through our customer-service channel by friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the company's domicile (Tianhe District, Guangzhou). Where the dispute has a cross-border element, the parties may also agree in writing to submit it to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration under its rules. The above agreement on jurisdiction and dispute resolution does not exclude any venue or statutory remedy you are entitled to under applicable law, and is brought to your attention in a prominent manner as required by Article 26 of the PRC Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests.
