This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou WenXun Technology Co., Ltd. (RadixWell brand) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you browse this site, purchase products or submit health enquiries.

1. Data We Collect

  • Order data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, purchase history.
  • Payment data: handled by payment institutions; we only receive transaction status and never obtain full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies (see Section 5).
  • Contact and health-enquiry information you submit voluntarily via forms or email.

2. How We Use Data

  • To process orders, payment, logistics and after-sales service.
  • To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations (contract performance and legitimate interests).
  • To improve products and the site (aggregated statistics).
  • We do not sell any personal data.

3. Third-Party Sharing

  • Payment processors (PayPal) to complete transactions.
  • Logistics carriers and customs brokers for delivery and clearance.
  • Service providers bound by confidentiality (hosting, email, etc.).
  • The AI assistant's model provider: it receives only de-identified conversation content (after redaction) to generate replies, bound by confidentiality, and does not use your information for model training.

4. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer

  • Data is hosted on servers in Hong Kong, China; where data is processed outside your country, we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers.
  • Order records are retained per tax and commercial-law requirements.
  • When using the AI assistant, de-identified conversation content is transmitted to a model provider located within the People's Republic of China.

5. Cookies

  • We use strictly necessary cookies (language preference NEXT_LOCALE) and optional analytics cookies.
  • You may clear cookies in your browser settings, after which language memory resets.

6. Your Rights

  • You may email support@whyseek.net to request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and to object to processing.
  • EU/EEA and UK users additionally enjoy rights under applicable data-protection law and may complain to a local regulator.
  • When you exercise the right to erasure we irreversibly anonymise your personal data. Where a retention period required by applicable tax or commercial law has not yet expired, or erasure is technically impracticable, we cease any processing beyond storage and the necessary security safeguards and delete the data once that period ends.
  • We acknowledge requests without undue delay and normally respond within 15 working days of receipt; where a request is complex we will tell you the extended deadline and the reason.

7. Security

  • The site uses HTTPS/TLS encryption; payment-card data is handled only by PCI-DSS compliant institutions.

9. AI Assistant

  • We provide an AI assistant for common questions about products, logistics and returns; uncovered questions are routed to a human.
  • The AI assistant does not provide medical diagnosis, medication or treatment advice; questions about symptoms or medication are not sent to the model and receive a see-a-doctor prompt instead.
  • Your messages are automatically de-identified (email, phone, ID, card numbers replaced with placeholders) before being sent to the in-China model provider; pre-redaction text never leaves our servers.
  • Conversation logs are retained for 365 days then auto-deleted; you may exercise access, copy, correction and deletion rights under Section 6.
