Material origin and batches
Food-medicine homologous materials are mainly sourced from domestic production regions, with origin and test documents requested per batch. Material origin can change between batches of the same formula, which is why traceability is recorded by batch, not by brand.
- Origin certificates and supplier test documents requested per batch
- Source changes between batches of one formula are logged
- No absolute claims like 'all-organic' or '100% natural' without evidence
Contract manufacturing and plant credentials
We do not run our own plant; products are made by OEM partners. When selecting a manufacturer we check its business licence, food-production licence scope and prior categories, and visit the site to see lines and quality control. These are our requirements of partners — not a claim that we hold a particular certificate.
- Production licence scope must cover the category
- Site visit covers lines, retained samples and QC records
- No casual factory switching; a change requires re-validation
Third-party testing
Products are sent to third-party laboratories by batch. The test panel follows the category and destination market — commonly microbiological limits, heavy metals, pesticide residues and label conformity. Reports are issued by the laboratory; we do not add conclusions to them.
- Test panels follow category and destination market rather than one blanket list
- Reports are archived by batch and traceable to the production run
- A failing batch does not ship; we do not 'adjust' reports to pass
Formula review
Formulas are reviewed by our credentialed team — a deputy chief physician, a master of public health, a registered dietitian and a health management specialist — looking at dosage, combination and target population before sampling. Review records are kept so the question 'why is it formulated this way' has an answer.
- Dosage checked against edible intake and nutrient reference values — no 'more is better' logic
- Combinations avoid antagonistic or over-limit pairings
- Target and non-target populations labelled; separate notes for pregnancy, children and medication users
Compliance boundaries and claims
Our products sit in the dietary supplement category. They are not medicines, do not replace medication or treatment, and we make no disease prevention, treatment or diagnosis claims. This is not boilerplate — it defines what the product is. If you need medical care, see a doctor.
- No disease-treatment or recovery claims — none of that vocabulary appears
- No time-to-effect or success-rate figures — no source, no claim
- Label and page statements stay identical; change one and you change the other
Standards and bodies we refer to
These are the public standards and bodies we consult when writing formula notes and compliance statements, listed so you can check them yourself. Reference is not certification.
